These Colors Dont Run In The Halls- Playlist 9/11/08

So 2001 was a long time ago.  However at 6am on 9-11-01, i was at the same place i was on at 6am 9-11-08, at KXLU on the air.  All sarcasm aside, 9/11/01  was one of the scariest days of my life.  I did about 14 hours on the air because no one came in to do their show. For a great majority myself and the international voice of treason thought we were going to die at KXLU because everyone was convinced LAX was next.   But since I was GM, i couldnt leave the station.  A city in panic induces some of the weirdest calls.  Some people were all jokes with requests like Burning Airlines, and other people would just call up sobbing.  I think I just chain smoked and I hoped this wasn't it.

Self Appendectomy - Playlist 8/21/08
